Mini golf in St George

For spring break we took a road trip to St. George so that Bob could ride the Ironman course but we had to take some time out to mini golf:).
We had so much fun the first day we had to go again the next day.

It's baseball season

So Nampa Valley Little League started practicing at the beginning of April and somone forgot to tell Mother Nature that it was baseball season.
Ryan and his teammates being boys.

 Batter up.
 Short stop.
Batting again.  Don't you love how the spectators are all bundled up:).  Good weather is on the way so the next post will have sunshine.

We're back.....

I know it has been forever (over a year) since our last post.  This year I will be better:).  So we will start with something simple--Our current family picture.

Happy New Year!

Panama City Beach

Panama City Beach--we love the beach:).

Ryan made a sign that Janus put out on the bike course to cheer on Bob. This is the first one he did all by himself (except I got to hold the stencils still for him).

Bob, Ryan, and Bob's mom and a beautiful gulf sunset on the balcony.

Playing in the sand.

Ry loves the beach--I think he is ready to move here.

And don't forget the swimming. All future Ironmen need to practice.

Ironman Florida 2009

Ironman Florida was fun in the sun as Bob finished his 6th Ironman:).

The 2.4 mile swim start was a beach start with 2400-2800 people. Bob is in there somewhere.

Headed out on his 112 mile bike ride. On this course it is just a single loop so this is that last time we got to see him on his bike.

Then off on the 26.2 mile run.

With a little encouragement from Ryan he was on his way.

My Ironboys after the race--way to go Bob!!

A day at the Farmstead corn maze part two

A few more photos from the Farmstead--it's not really fair to just call it a corn maze because there is a ton to do.

Ryan and Liz running on the bouncy pillow.

Ryan and Maggie getting bounced off the bouncy pillow.

These cute little cow barrels on wheels are pulled around behind a tractor.

And what would a trip to a farm be without climbing the tallest pile of hay you can find.

And the farmer and Miss Maggie:).
It was a great day with our friends.

A day at the Farmstead corn maze part one

We spent the last warm and sunny day at the Farmstead Corn Maze in Meridian with the Shaws.

Entry to the mini-corn maze.

The bumpy slides.

All of the kids on the huge rocking chair.

Throwing hay.

Cheering at the pig races.
